Sometimes you just need a hug from a deer friend. Capturing interaction between wildlife is always the ultimate reward for a wildlife photographer. I observed these two loving on each other. Check out the colors of this Male Ring-necked Pheasant I saw on this rainy evening. He was nice enough to give several poses, but I liked this profile image. It was cloudy and raining a bit as you can see by raindrops on the limbs behind him, but the image still works.
