Pretty Doe at Sunset

I caught this doe eating along the roadside as the sun was setting. In fact there wasn't much light left. I have been very impressed with the low-light capability of this full frame mirrorless camera. I wouldn't be able to make this image with my previous camera. This was taken at 12,800 ISO and I love the results.

Bluebells in Bloom

One of my favorite local Spring events is the blooming of the bluebells. My wife and I enjoy taking a hike as a family to see the blanket of bluebells blooming under the forest canopy. It makes for a spectacular view while walking and exploring.

Sunny Afternoon Snack

One of my favorite little birds to watch during the hot mid-summer months is the goldfinch. Their high-pitch chirp and the way the fly from Midwestern field to field is something I look forward to. This little guy is enjoying his sunflower seed.
