This is a pretty cool Eagle image showing the wings and tail feathers shift as this bird is changing flight paths. I love how the bird contrasts against the trees on the Illinois side of the Mississippi River.

I'm really liking some of these eagle in flight images against the natural white backgrounds (the clouds). It is almost as if I have my studio white paper backdrop up and the birds are posing for me.

Something caught this eagle's attention, which worked out perfectly for my photo. I love the view we get of the fanned tail feathers. I also love that the patchy clouds and blue sky help to give this image some definition.
