I love this perspective of the aptly named Shadow Mountain Lake. I also spotted the happy accident bald eagle between the peaks near the top of the image. I didn't know it was there until I sat down to edit the image.

Grand Lake Colorado Moose

We saw, not only one moose, but 3 total moose while in Colorado this year. They were all juveniles but they were still very impressive to see in person. The first was a bit further and crossed the road. The other two were feeding along the edge of Shadow Mountain Lake and were very close to us. We had to be a bit cautious because we didn't know if...
