This was a happy surprise bird of the day as I didn't know I had captured an image of a yellow-throated vireo until I was processing my images tonight. This was pretty high above me and I thought it was a different warbler that I had seen several of. Needless to say I was surprised to find this in my camera roll.

No better birds to test the amazing auto focus system of the R5 Mark ii than purple martins in flight. I can't help but think of my dad whenever I watch these birds. They were one of his favorite birds.
