I had to share this one because I like the action pose. It isn't the sharpest, cleanest image I have but sometimes I go with an image because it just speaks to me. I'm happy with the composition and pose here.

I was thankful this bird sat and perched ford a long time in the late morning sun for me. He gave me a few poses but this one is my favorite as I love the eagle profile. I was luck to have nice light and pretty blue skies.

I love when they fly low and hot like this in anticipation of grabbing a fish. They are really moving and keeping the eagle in focus and sharp isn't always easy.

Here is another unique angle of a bald eagle with a fish. I really like the warm sun colors illuminating his back. I wish more made it to his face but he is doing a nice job using his wings to shade himself.
