I added some artistic flare to this image. It wasn't the cleanest exposure due to high ISO (2500) and darker conditions, but I liked the bird and the pose, so I wanted to do some editing to make this more of an artistic image. The indigo buntings were out in force! Facebook

I know it isn't a bird or a nature-scape, but I do enjoy taking people images, especially images of my own children. This is an impromptu image of my son riding his new birthday bike. Family photojournalism is what inspired me to pick up photography. Documenting their lives is still very important to me. Facebook
