It seems the wait for Spring this year has been unbearably long, which makes this view of spring daffodils that much more sweet. The bee flying into the scene was just an added, lucky surprise. Once again, Happy Easter and a very enthusiastic welcome to Spring!

Osprey Stare Down at Lake Bloomington

One of the greatest things about nature photography is the story that goes along with each image. While in the field, sometimes the most hair-raising, jaw-dropping, take-your-breath-away moments happen. Pelican Close-up Fly-by

This pelican gave me a good luck as he flew over. His eye is nice and sharp and you can even see the droplets on his underbelly. I am thankful for the good light and blue sky with a few pretty clouds as a backdrop.
