This is a series of images of a mute swan family. the images are heavily cropped as I kept a safe distance to give them privacy and to not provoke the male. The profile image among the foxglove flowers is the male. The other four images are the female with her cygnets in the nest. I hope to go back and try to get some images of them out of the nest...

There were several Meadowlark's chirping away at Funk's Grove yesterday. I couldn't get a good view of them until this guy hopped up on one of the taller bushes in the pasture.

I was so happy to see several ruby-throated humming birds buzzing around the grass fields of Funk's Grove again. I enjoy the challenges these little birds give me when photographing them.
