Barred Owl Encounter
Barred Owl EncounterThis was from last weekend as I was looking for warblers. I heard the amazing Barred Owl call and it felt like he was right above me. I looked up and there were a pair of Owls on different trees. After a quick game of peekaboo they flew off into thicker cover. I don't get to see a lot of owls so it is always a treat. I got a nice cell phone video of the owl calling.
