Young FlyerYoung FlyerHow impressive is this young bald eagle looking in flight? This young eagle is probably in its 4th year. The head and tail feathers aren't completely white, the beak isn't fully yellow, the eyes are paler but not as yellow as an adult, and there are a few wing feathers that aren't completely dark yet. Despite not being mature yet, you can tell, it has learned some nifty flying moves the way it soars and maneuvers in the air. Keep it up young eagle, I'll see you next year when I can photograph you as an adult. We will just call this your high school senior shoot.
