American Bald Eagle in ActionWow, this adult bald eagle was close, possibly one of the closest successful images I've caught of a bald eagle in a fishing sequence. I have several images where I wasn't able to get the full bird in the image without clipping wings, talons, or tails so I was very happy to see that I managed to get the full bird in this image. I was very pleased with the lighting and pose as well. Today was a good day on the river once the birds started fishing...cold but worth it!
