My son wanted to pitch this year and worked hard as he entered his second year of kid-pitch baseball to gain control and technique in order to pitch. He pitched his 3rd game yesterday as the starter and continued to do well. He had 5 strikeouts, no walks, and hit only one batter. He gave up a few hits but that is expected and even encouraged at this level to get the ball in play to learn. He was around the plate with most of his pitches. The camera is an amazing tool allowing me to gain the perspective of what it looks like to be a hitter against him in a game moment. My kids are the reason I ever picked up a camera and it is so rewarding to come away with nice images of them doing their thing.
