Hovering Eagle in Black and White
Hovering Eagle in Black and WhiteI love black and white images but they don't always work for my eagle photos as I enjoy the colors of these birds; however, I do like this image in black and white. The darker background is actually the concrete wall of the lock and dam, which wasn't the prettiest of backgrounds. When converted to a black and white it gives the eagle a simple backdrop with the white of the snow adding to the contrast. As with any photograph/art, it is the photographer/artist to help the image "come alive". I hope you enjoy my eagle art!
