Midwest Storm at DuskI haven't been able to photograph the storms that have been rolling through lately, in fact this is my first landscape image in quite some time. This evening a storm developed just North of Bloomington/Normal so I decided to venture out and see what might develop. It only provided a couple of lightning strikes and I was happy to capture one. Behind me there was actually still some light form the setting sun. With it being the Summer Solstice, the sun did its best to add a little color to the sky despite the stormy clouds. I really like the drama nature offers in this image.
