Last Sleep as a 5 Year Old
In my ever on-going series of family photojournalistic photography, I have added this image of my son, Evan, peacefully enjoying his last sleep as a 5 year old. One of those bittersweet moments as a parent, when you are excited to see a "turning of the page" in his life, but a moment that you will never get back. It is surreal to see Evan in images where he looks so grown up, when in my heart I will always know him as my baby, my youngest, and my extra little gift from God.
