I'm pretty happy with this latest series of images of the Eastern Wood Pewee. It is a type of flycatacher and eats insects. I feel like I saw so many types of flycatchers yesterday at Ewing Park. When I got home I even had several types chasing insects in the tree in my backyard. I loved watching this bird chasing insects, which you can even see in several of the images. I didn't see the insects when I took the images but I was hoping a few would show up in my images and thankfully I caught a little bit of action. This flycatcher was just doing his thing to survive...so cool.
