I took an image of this same shoreline at sunset, but I also loved this version from earlier that evening. I handheld the camera for a long exposure, allowing the waves to blur as they rolled onto the shore. I love the contrast between the cool blues of the ocean and the warmth of the forested coastline. There was something almost magical about standing there, watching the waves move in and out while the last light of day slowly faded around me.
