Not my clearest image but one I had to share, none the less. While on one of the wet, soggy trails about 1.5 miles from my car, the skies open and I was caught in an unforecasted downpour. With no rain gear, I hunkered down below an evergreen tree hoping the rain would let up. While there I saw several warblers and deer. I saw this bright flash of orange and was pleasantly surprised to see this American Redstart. This images was taken in very poor shooting conditions from a bit of a distance but this little bird is just too pretty not to share.
