I was photographing several gold finches in this field and I expected to see another one as there was movement in this bush right in front of me. To my surprise, a common yellowthroat warbler popped his head through. It is difficult to expose for his dark mask and eyes on a bright sunny day in an open field, especially when I was expecting another gold finch.
