As fast as an eagle elevates hundreds of feet in the air, they can drop even faster especially when they have locked onto prey. I do everything in my power to try and pan with the camera while photographing the bird and predict the next move it will make. When you see the wings pull in and legs drop down, you know it's about to fall from the sky and makes its move.
